Early Risers
6:30am - 7:15am
Mon - Weds - Fri
The early risers class focus' on strength building, including coordination and mobility exercises, with regressions and progressions available. There is also a handy sheet so you can record your improvements each week.
Bootcamp
- Mon: 9:30. 5:45, 6:45
- Tues: 9:30, 6pm, 7pm-Boxing
- Weds: 9:30, 7pm
- Thurs: 9:30,7pm-Boxing
- Fri: 9:30
- Sat: 8:45
This class varies each week and utilizes various training methods at each class. The focus changes each week, but the class is always FUN!
Friday STRONG
6:30pm - 7:15pm
Fridays
A great way to end the week (and start the weekend). This class will incorporate bodyweight and weighted exercises with a focus on strength, flexibility and core strength.
Over 60's Strength
10:30am - 11:30am
Wednesdays (more days/times added soon)
A brand new class that is purely designed to build strength, improve mobility and flexibility in a fun adaptive way. All exercises have been designed to be completed from seated or standing and all exercises can be completed with weights, resistance bands or bodyweight.

This class is an hour and is taken by a Personal trainer qualified in exercise for older adults. This class is tailored each week to the needs of the class and there is a 5-10 min group conversation at the end of each class to determine what the needs are. Due to the level of interest, we ask you to book blocks of 4 at a time to secure a space.
