I work with Anyone who wants to feel stronger, healthier and more in control of their well-being. You don't need to be "fit" to get started....just ready to try.

I have additional qualifications in the following:

-Level 3 planning and delivering exercise to independently active older adults

-Level 3 planning and delivering exercise to disabled populations

I cannot recommend Kirstie highly enough. As a 50 year woman who has been ‘playing around’ slightly directionless with weights for some time, Kirstie made a personalised programme to improve strength and build muscle in my arms, shoulders and back with a combination of free weights and gym machines.  Kirstie talked me through, demonstrated, checked my form- adapting the programme for old injuries. Kirstie is so positive and smiley and I found our sessions really enjoyable and empowering ! As a woman finding a trainer who truly understands how our bodies work and change is brilliant! I have build noticeable muscle, loving the gym and can finally use the equipment with confidence. Whatever stage of your fitness journey I cannot recommend Kirstie enough!
