Maintaining Independence
As we get older, we begin to notice changes in our bodies. This could be balance, feeling "off" or new aches and pains.
Taking part in exercise ensures functional ability and mobility is maintained, as well as reducing risk of osteoarthritis, osteopenia and other age related conditions. Over 60's workouts ae completed using a variety of equipment and can also be completed from seated for added safety. You won't be expected to do anything that you don't want to do; each session is designed around you and your goals. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure you maintain your independence and mobility for as long as possible so you can enjoy life!
