£40 - 1 x 4 Week Progressive Workout Plan

A special offer until 31/08/2025

Perfect for those who already attend the gym (e,g Classes or casual workouts) and want structure and progress. This includes:

  • A 4 week personalised gym-based workout plan
  • Your choice of either 1 in person session OR a custom video walkthrough plan

There are no fitness assessments required for this plan. This plan will be £70 from the 1st September 

 

£65 - One-Off Personal Training Session

Expert guidance in a single session. This includes:

  • 1 x 1:1 PT session (60 minutes)
  • Fitness assessments (Priced at £15 and included in the first session total)

Total: £65 for your first session £50 thereafter (no plan included)

£160 - 4 Week Personal training package

Build consistency with weekly sessions and ongoing structured support. This package includes:

  • 1 x PT session per week (4 in total)
  • 4 week plan so you can workout away from PT sessions to build confidence
  • Fitness assessments (No charge)
  • Goal setting
  • ongoing support
  • 30 minute taster session

This plan will be £220 from the 1st September 2025

£300 - 8 Week Personal Training Package

See real progress with a full 2 month programme. This includes:

  • 1 x PT session per week (8 in total)
  • 8 Week workout plan so you can workout alone and build confidence
  • Fitness assessments (No charge)
  • Goal setting (And review of goals)
  • Ongoing support
  • 30 minute taster session

This plan will be £400 from the 1st September 2025

£40 - Nutritional Analysis

Personalised nutrition support following a 2 week food diary. This is an add on to compliment your training and includes:

  • Initial dietary assessment & Food plan
  • Recommendations 
  • Optional weight loss plan 
  • Ongoing check-ins and updates of plan £20 per month

This is to be added on to any block booking package only.

£120 - 4 Week Personal Training Package 65+

Supportive and safe training designed for adults 65 and over. This package includes:

  • 1 x PT session a week (4 in total)
  • Fitness tests tailored for 65+
  • Goal setting
  • 30 minute taster session
  • Exercise plan to complete at home to maintain mobility etc.

This package is for those aged 65 or over only.

£220 -  8 Week Personal Training Package 65+

See real progress from your gentle and effective plan for long-term wellbeing. This includes:

  • 1 x PT session per week (8 in total)
  • A mini exercise plan to complete at home to maintain mobility etc.
  • Fitness assessments (No charge)
  • Goal setting (And review of goals)
  • 30 minute taster session
